Announcement and publication of the Annual Financial Statements and the Annual Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2025, prepared in accordance with IFRS, on the Company’s website (www.loulis.com) and on the Athens Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr), after the close of the trading session.

Monday, 27/04/2026:
Announcement and publication of the Annual Financial Results commentary (in Greek and English), after the close of the trading session.

Thursday, 28/05/2026:
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting the distribution of a dividend for the fiscal year 2025.

Monday, 08/06/2026:
Dividend ex-date for the fiscal year 2025.

Tuesday, 09/06/2026:
Dividend beneficiaries record date for the fiscal year 2025.

Friday, 12/06/2026:
Commencement of dividend payment for the fiscal year 2025.

The distribution of the dividend is subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Monday, 28/09/2026:
Publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2026, after the end of the trading session of the Athens Exchange.
