• Date of announcement and publication of the Annual Financial Statements of Fiscal Year 2025 (1.1.2025-31.12.2025), prepared in accordance with IAS / IFRS standards: Tuesday 31 March 2026 (end of day, of the Athens Stock Exchange transactions)

• Annual briefing to analysts, regarding the financial results of the fiscal year 2025 at the Greek Institutional Investors Association, Friday 17 April 2026.

• Date of the Annual Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting: Thursday 28 May 2026.

• Year 2025 ex-dividend date is set for Tuesday 30 June 2026.

• Year 2025 dividend Record date (Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T)) is set for Wednesday 1 July 2026.

• Year 2025 dividend payment date is set for Tuesday 7 July 2026.

The above-mentioned dates regarding the distribution and payment of the Dividend are subject to the approval of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. Detailed information will be provided by the company with an announcement at a later date.

• Date of announcement/publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the first half of the fiscal year 2026 (01.01.2026 – 30.06.2026): Thursday 17 September 2026 (end of day, of the Athens Stock Exchange transactions). The above report will be available on the Company's website and the official ASE website.
