Financial Calendar 2026

The société anonyme under the name “AUTOMATED ANALYZERS – DIAGNOSTIC REAGENTS AND PRIVATE DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORIES MEDICON HELLAS S.A.” (the “Company”), in the context of timely and proper information of the investing public and in accordance with article 4.1.1 para. 2 of the Athens Exchange Regulation and article 2 of Decision 25 of the Athens Exchange Markets Steering Committee, announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2026:

1. Announcement of the Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2025 and publication of the Annual Financial Report 2025 on the Company’s website (www.mediconsa.com) and on the Athens Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr) will take place on April 30, 2026, Thursday, after the close of the trading session of the Athens Exchange. 
2. Financial Results for the first half of 2026 will be published on the Athens Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr) and on the Company’s website (www.mediconsa.com) on September 30, 2026, Wednesday. 
3. The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. 

The Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting the distribution of a dividend for the fiscal year 2025. It is clarified that further information regarding the dividend payment will be announced at a later stage, once available. The decision for dividend distribution, as well as the ex-dividend and payment dates, are subject to the approval of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Company reserves the right to amend the above-mentioned dates, provided that it duly informs the investing public by amending the present announcement.
