“PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES S.A.” (hereinafter the “Company”) announces that the annual analysts’ briefing will take place on Tuesday, 7 April 2026 at 16:00 (EET), instead of the initially scheduled date of Friday, 3 April 2026, in order to facilitate the participation of interested parties due to the Catholic Easter holiday period.

The briefing will be held via the Zoom platform. Please register at performance-gr.zoom.us/webinar/register no later than Monday, 6 April 2026, in order to receive the access link in due time.

Following the above change, the Financial Calendar for 2026 is revised as follows:

It is noted that the competent body for deciding whether to distribute a dividend, its amount, and the relevant dates (declaration, record, and payment date) is the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders, after proposal of the Company's Board of Directors.

The Company reserves the right to change all the above dates after promptly informing the investing public by amending this announcement.

The financial results will be announced on the Company's (www.performance.gr) and the Athens Stock Exchange's (www.athexgroup.gr) websites before the Athens Stock Exchange session starts.
