FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2026
Daios Plastics SA in accordance with the article 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, and the decision No. 25/15.4.2024 of the Administrative Committee of Stock Markets of the A.S.E., announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2026, as follows:
– Announcement and publication of the Annual Financial Report for the period from 1/1/2025 to 31/12/2025 on the Company’s website (www.daiosplastics.com) and the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr):Wednesday, April 29th, 2026, after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session. Also, the announcement of the commentary on the financial results of 2025: Wednesday, April 29th, 2026, after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session.
- Annual General Shareholders Meeting: Tuesday, June 30th, 2026.
- Announcement and Publication Date of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the First (A) Half of the Financial Year 2026: Tuesday, September 29th, 2026, after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session.
The company "DAIOS PLASTICS S.A." reserves the right to change the above dates, after promptly notifying the investment community with an amendment of the present announcement.
The Company does not intend to distribute a dividend for the financial year 2025.
