It is hereby announced that on April 2^nd, 2026, Mr Theofanis Voutsaras, General Manager of Human Resources of the Company, sold 2,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. shares of total value EURO 77,500.00.
