Disclosure of transactions and changes in voting rights

“ATHENS MEDICAL CENTER S.A.” (“Company”) hereby notifies the investing public, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, and following the relevant notification received on April 1, 2026, that Dr. Georgios Apostolopoulos, Executive Member of the Board of Directors, acquired 2,000,000.00 shares of the Company on March 30, 2026 for a consideration of 3,240,000.00 euros, at a price of 1.62 euros per share.

Consequently, Dr. Georgios Apostolopoulos now holds a total stake of 49.69%. Directly, he holds a 6.36% stake in the Company’s share capital and voting rights, and indirectly, a 43.33% stake through the company named “GEORGIOS APOSTOLOPOULOS HOLDING COMPANY S.A.”.
