In the context of proper, accurate and timely information to the investment community, and in accordance with Article 4.1.1 par. 2 of the Regulation of the Athens Exchange (the “Regulation”) and Decision No. 25/15.4.2024 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Exchange, as currently in force, the Société Anonyme under the name “MEVACO Metallurgical Industrial and Commercial S.A.” and the distinctive title “MEVACO S.A.” (the “Company”) announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2026.

The announcement of the Annual Financial Results for the financial year 2025 (1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025) will take place on Tuesday, 28 April 2026. 

• The Annual Financial Report for the 2025 financial year will be available on the Company’s website (www.mevaco.gr, Investor Information / Financial Statements) and on the website of the Athens Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr) after the close of the trading session of the Athens Exchange.
• The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, 18 June 2026.
• The dividend ex-date for the financial year 2025 (cut-off date) is Friday, 3 July 2026, and the dividend record date is Monday, 6 July 2026. 
• The commencement of dividend payment for the financial year 2025, through a credit institution or via ATHEXCSD, will take place on Thursday, 9 July 2026.

The above-mentioned dates regarding the distribution and payment of the dividend are subject to the approval of the aforementioned Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. More detailed information will be provided in a subsequent announcement by the Company.

The announcement and publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the first half (H1) of the financial year 2026 (1 January 2026 – 30 June 2026) will take place on Tuesday, 29 September 2026, after the close of the Athens Exchange trading session. The report will be available on the Company’s website (www.mevaco.gr, Investor Information / Financial Statements) as well as on the website of the Athens Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr).

The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates and/or the content of this Financial Calendar, provided that it informs the investment community in a timely manner through an update in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
