JUMBO S.A.

FINANCIAL RESULTS PRESS RELEASE / PRESENTATIONS

During the first quarter of 2026, the Group’s sales increased by approximately +7,3% compared to the corresponding period last year. In particular, in March 2026, total sales grew by approximately +10% y-o-y. Management expects a normalization of sales momentum following the Easter period, particularly during April.

As part of the Group’s strategy to acquire leased stores already in operation, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and long-term sustainability, the acquisition of the leased store located in the Military Shopping Center in Bucharest (Romania) was completed. This marks the first such transaction for 2026.

At the same time, in March, the Group’s external partner in Israel (Fox Group) proceeded with the opening of the 6th JUMBO store, further strengthening the brand’s presence in the local market.

Prolonged instability in the Middle East continues to weigh on the economic environment across the broader region, affecting consumer behavior, with already visible impacts in markets such as Cyprus. Additionally, rising oil prices are further intensifying cost pressures and negatively affecting overall market sentiment.

The Annual Financial Results for 2025 will be published on Tuesday, April 28, before market opening. A conference call with investors will take place on Wednesday, April 29, at 16:30.
