The company under the name “TERNA ENERGY FINANCE SINGLE MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME” (hereinafter the “Company”) informs investors that in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 31 March 2026, Mrs. Kalliopi Hatzigaki has been appointed as Bondholder Relations and Corporate Announcements Officer in replacement of Mrs. Aikaterini Zygoulianou.
