It is hereby announced that on 16 April 2026 Mr. Ioannis V. Vardinoyannis sold, through a block trade transaction, 250,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. shares of total value EURO 9,125,000 to the Legal Entity under the name CANELO HOLDINGS LIMITED.

This announcement is made pursuant to article 19 of the Regulation EU 596/2014, considering that Mr. Ioannis V. Vardinoyannis is the Board Chairman and CEO of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. and, at the same time, the beneficial owner of CANELO HOLDINGS LIMITED.
