In accordance with article 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and in the context of correct, valid and timely information to the investing public, the company "ATTICA PUBLICATIONS PUBLISHING COMPANY ANONYME" announces the Economic Calendar for the year 2026.

1. The Announcement of the commentary on the Annual Financial Results for the fiscal year 2025 will be posted on Thursday, April 30, 2026, after the end of the Athens Stock Exchange session, on the ATHEX website (https://athens.euronext.com) and on the company's website www.atticamedia.gr 

2. The Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the Period 1/1-31/12/2025 will take place on April 30, 2025, by posting on the company's website www.atticamedia.gr  and posting on the Athens Stock Exchange website https://athens.euronext.com  after the end of session 

3. Date of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Wednesday, August 26, 2026. 

4. In the context of Decision 25 of the ATHEX Stock Exchange Management Committee, the Company hereby announces that the Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders the distribution of a dividend for the fiscal year 2025, subject to the relevant approval decision being taken by it. The exact amount of the proposed dividend as well as the cut-off date, the date of Registration and start of payment of the dividend will be announced in a later announcement by the Company, in accordance with the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and the above Decision.

5. The Financial Report for the first semester will be published on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange and the Company on September 30, 2026, after the end of the Athens Stock Exchange session.

The Company reserves the right to change the aforementioned dates after first informing the Investor Public in a timely manner, by amending the present, in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
