In the context of proper and timely information to the investing public, and in accordance with Articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, the company "Nafpaktos Textile Industry S.A." announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2026:

• Announcement of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2024: Thursday, April 30, 2026

• Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Friday, May 28, 2026 at 15:00

• Announcement of the Financial Results for the First Half of 2025: Wednesday, September 30, 2026

Nafpaktos Textile Industry S.A. reserves the right to amend the above dates, provided that the investing public is informed in a timely manner through a modification of the present announcement.

The Company’s Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute a dividend for the fiscal year 2026.

The Company clarifies that the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2025 will be posted on the Company's website (http://www.nafpaktos-yarns.gr) on April 30, 2026, after the close of trading on the Athens Stock Exchange.
