Dividend Cut-off Date: Monday, October 19, 2026.

Dividend Beneficiaries (Record Date): Tuesday, October 20, 2026.

Start of Dividend Payment: Friday, October 23, 2026.

Publication of 2026 First Half Financial Report: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (before the opening of the market session).

Publication of 2026 First Half Results Commentary: Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

The Company reserves the right to change the aforementioned dates, provided that the investing public is informed in a timely manner via a new announcement.

The dates regarding the dividend distribution are subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
