REVOIL S.A. announces the Financial Calendar of the Year 2026 according to paragraph 4.1.1 of the Regulation of the ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE (EURONEXT ATHENS) and the decision 25 of Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges – ASE as follows :

Release date of the fiscal year 2025 Financial Results and Annual Financial Report: Wednesday, April the 29th after the market close on the Company website www.revoil.gr as well as on the Euronext Athens website www.athexgroup.gr.  

Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Thursday May 21st , 2026.

The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting the payment of a dividend for the fiscal year of 2025. 

Year 2025 ex-devidend date:  Tuesday May 26^th , 2026

Shareholders entitled to the year 2025 dividend (record-date) : Wednesday May 27^th , 2026

First day of payment of the year 2025 dividend: Wednesday June 3nd, 2026 

Release date of H1 2026 Financial Results: Tuesday September 29^th , 2026

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant and timely notification. 

As far as the dates related to dividend distribution, are subject to the approval of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
