ANNOUNCEMENT OF ECONOMIC CALENDAR

The Company N. LEVENTERIS S.A., in the context of the correct, valid and timely information of the investing public and in accordance with articles 4.1.2. & 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation EURONEXT, announces the Economic Calendar for the year 2026:

The announcement of the Annual Financial Report for fiscal year 2025 as well as the announcement of the Data and Information for fiscal year 2025 will take place on Thursday, April 30, 2026, with posting on the company's website (www.leventeris.gr) and on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange EURONEXT  before the start of the session.

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 

No dividend will be distributed for fiscal year 2025

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, after promptly informing the investment public by amending this, in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
