Announcement of commentary on the Annual Financial Statements for the Year 2025 on the website of the EURONEXT ATHENS (https://athens.euronext.com) and on the official website of the Company (www.tzirakian.com) after the closing of the session.

3.             Friday, July 24, 2026

Annual General Assembly of Shareholders

The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders non distribution of a dividend for the Year 2025.

4.             Wednesday, September 30, 2026

Publication of the Half Year Financial Statements for the Year 2026 on the website of the EURONEXT ATHENS (https://athens.euronext.com) and on the official website of the Company (www.tzirakian.com) after the closing of the session.

It should be noted that the Company reserves the right to alter the above dates, following timely notification of the investors by amending the present, as per the Regulation of the EURONEXT ATHENS.
