Date of announcement and publication of the Annual Financial Report (Company and Consolidated) for the fiscal year 2025 (1.1.2025-31.12.2025), with posting on the company's website (www.ave.gr) and the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr), prepared in accordance with IFRS/IAS: Thursday, April 30,2026 (after the close of the ATHEX session).

Date of announcement of the commentary on the annual financial results for the fiscal year 2025: Thursday, April 30, 2026.

 

Date of announcement and publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Results (Corporate and Consolidated) for the first half of fiscal year 2026 (1.1.2026-30.06.2026): Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (after the end of the ATHEX session).

Date of the Annual Regular General Meeting of Shareholders: Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

 It is noted that the Company intends to propose at the Annual General Meeting the non-distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2025.
