AXIAline is an electronic information system that enables companies to swiftly and efficiently receive essential information and update their shareholder registries.

Provides issuers with the ability to access important files and a wide range of services, such as shareholder registries, participation in General Meetings, commitments for exercising pre-emption rights, fractional balances from corporate actions, monetary distributions, transfer transactions, and conversion into securities.

Supports 24/7 operation, allowing issuers to receive daily updates, including: the total changes in their shareholder registry (TRN files), changes in the shareholder registry following a corporate action or upon the issuer’s request, fractional balances, and rights.

Offers extensive information recording while reducing bureaucratic and operational costs, and allows the issuer to grant access.

Continuous specialized guidance and support from the Euronext Athens's business and technical experts.

To create/add a new user, select the Application for the Provision of Electronic Information (available only in Greek) through Axialine.


To change the details of an existing user, select the Axialine User Details Change Request (available only in Greek).


The system's access is continuous (7 days per week, 24 hours per day).


A person authorized by the issuer is permitted access to AXIAline, using a unique username and password.


 Issuers can submit their application (available only in Greek):
 

  • Through the Issuers Service Desk, by selecting "Axialine Issues" and then "New AXIAline User" or "Update / Change of User Data in Axialine".
     
  • Via email to iss-athens@euronext.com, with a digital signature or certification of the authenticity of the signature through the service "Digital certification of a document - Gov.gr (www.gov.gr)"
     
  • Via postal or courier services (physically signed and authenticated by a Citizens' Service Centre) to:
