Following the decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission of November 06th, 2025, regarding the delisting of the shares of “DOMAINE COSTA LAZARIDI S.A.” (ISIN: GRS354003006), from the Athens Stock Exchange, in line with par.5, article 17, L.3371/2005, the shares of the aforementioned company will be removed from the ATHEX trading systems as of Monday, November 10th, 2025.
