HOLDINGS" (d.t. “INTRACOM HOLDINGS”) informs the investors, according to Law 3556/2007 and in combination with article 19 of the Regulation(EU) No 596/2014, that the legal entity BLACK OAK INVESTMENTS LTD, which is affiliated with Mr. Dimitrios S. Theodoridis, Vice – Chairman, of the Company's Board of Directors, proceeded on 31.10.2023 to the purchase of 500,582 INTRACOM HOLDINGS Common Registered shares, with voting rights, of total value € 1,011,175.64.
