MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on November 9th, 2022 it effected purchases of 4,800 Company shares of total value EUR 86,733.00 (average price per share: EUR 18.069).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 1,540,117 corresponding to 1.39% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 15.210 per share. The purchases of the above Company shares were effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.

 

Announcement of Acquisition of own shares

IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A. (the "Company") announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary ShareholderΆs Meeting dated 02.12.2021, on 08.11.2022 acquired through the Athens Exchange 4,000 own shares at a weighted average price of 3.4746 euro per share, of an aggregate value 13,898.50 euro and on 09.11.2022 acquired 3,850 own shares at a weighted average price of 3.4406 euro per share, of an aggregate value 13,246.50 euro. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES SA.
