GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated April 23^rd 2024, the Company proceeded on November 15^th 2024 with the purchase of 8,690 own shares at the average price of 10.61 euros per share and at a total value of 92,236.86 euros.

ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA S.A., informs the investment community that after the completion of the tax audit for the year 2023, which was carried out by the Ordinary Certified Auditor-Accountant, pursuant to article 65A of law 4174/2013, a tax certificate with an “unqualified opinion” was issued.
