The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Wednesday, November 26th, 2025, of the 14.100.914 new ordinary shares of "AKRITAS S.A." (ISIN: GRS373173004), with par value of €0.65 per share, resulting from the conversion of equal number of preferred non-voting shares.

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, ascertained the initial fulfilment of listing requirements, according to art. 2 par. 4 L.3371/2005 and §3.1.15.3 and §3.1.15.6 of the ATHEX Rulebook, regarding the listing of “EUROBANK S.A.” (ISIN: GRS829003003) on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, subject to the Prospectus approval by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
