(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the decision of the Ordinary Shareholders General Meeting held on 22.06.2023, as well as the decision of the Board of Directors dated 14.09.2023, it proceeded on November 11^th, 2024, through the Athens Exchange member name OPTIMA BANK S.A., with the purchase of 19,556 own shares at an average price of 1.7638 euro per share and with a total transaction value of 34,493.82 euro.

 KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A., with VAT No EL094289571 and Reg. ID 113772252000, (thereof: “the Company”) announces that, according to the resolution of its Shareholders' Meeting dated 02.07.2024, on 08.11.2024, purchased through the Athens Exchange 500 own shares at an average price of €14.00 per share, and a total value of €7,000.00.
