Eurobank announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 12.848% in Hellenic Bank and 8.58% in Demetra Holdings

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby provides an update concerning the impact on its Refinery operations due to the fire incident which occurred on Tuesday 17 September 2024.
The Refinery unit affected was one of the two crude distillation units (CDU).
The damaged unit is undergoing restoration works aiming at the reinstatement of its operability. Even though no precise timeframe can be offered at this time, the initial estimate is that the repair works are expected to be completed within Q3 2025.

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 3,074,809 corresponding to 2.78% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 19.280 per share.

(“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated April 23rd 2024, the Company proceeded on November 6th 2024 with the purchase of 4,822 own shares at the average price of 10.95 euros per share and at a total value of 52,822.56 euros.
