(Bloomberg: BELA GA – Reuters: BABr.AT -ISIN: GRS282183003), announces that, in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and pursuant to the decision of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting dated 26.9.2024 and the decision of the Board of Directors dated 30.09.2024, on 21.11.2024 the Company purchased 31,000 own shares at an average price of EUR 24.3757 per share of total value EUR 755,646.54.

"Performance Technologies SA" (or "Company") informs the investing public that, in implementation of the 31/1/2024 decision of the 8th item of the Agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders, as specified by the 1/10/2024 decision of the Board of Directors, on Thursday 21/11/2024 it purchased 2,050 own shares with an average purchase price of 5.31 euros per share, with a total value of 10,888.00 euros.

Following the recent purchases the Company now holds 56,233 own shares, corresponding to 0.40% of the Company's total shares.
