(“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated May 31^st 2022, the Company proceeded on November 16^th 2023 with the purchase of 2,859 own shares at the average price of 8.46 euros per share and at a total value of 24,190.96 euros.

GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on November 16, 2023 with the purchase of 21,000 GEK TERNA's shares at an average price of 13.3713 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 280,797.82 euros.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on November 16, 2023 it effected purchases of 17,277 Company shares of total value EUR 386,452.06 (average price per share: EUR 22.368).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,352,582 corresponding to 2.12% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 17.834 per share.
