Purchase of Treasury Shares

GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on November 15, 2023 with the purchase of 10,000 GEK TERNA's shares at an average price of 13.6800 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 136,800.00 euros.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on November 15, 2023 it effected purchases of 11,500 Company shares of total value EUR 256,714.00 (average price per share: EUR 22.323).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,335,305 corresponding to 2.11% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 17.801 per share.
