Unibios Holdings SA announces to the investment public, in accordance with the Regulations (EU) 2016/1052, 596/2014 and article 49 of Law 4548/2018, that in execution of the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the company held on 09.09.2022, the company bought 6,945 own shares on 01.10.2024 with an average purchase price of 1.585 euros and a total transaction value of 11,007.32 euros. The above shares were purchased through the member of the Athens Stock Exchange "N. Chryssochoidis Stock Brokerage I.S.S.A."

"Performance Technologies SA" (or "Company") informs the investing public that, in implementation of the 31/1/2024 decision of the 8th item of the Agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders, as specified by the 12/4/2024 decision of the Board of Directors, on Monday 30/9/2024 it purchased 2,500 own shares with an average purchase price of 6.76 euros per share, with a total value of 16,887.50 euros.

Following the recent purchases the Company now holds 34,183 own shares, corresponding to 0.24% of the Company's total shares.
