Purchase of Own Shares

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated April 23^rd 2024, the Company proceeded on October 1^st 2024 with the purchase of 14,650 own shares at the average price of 10.87 euros per share and at a total value of 159,183.72 euros.

Τhe company IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces that, according article 21 of the law 3556/2007 & the article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament  and following a relevant notification submitted to the company,  Ms. Lydia Chaida, the shareholder and member of the Board of Directors, on 1/10/2024 proceeded with the sale of 174.00 shares of total value of 61.015,83 Euro

Unibios Holdings SA announces to the investment public, in accordance with the Regulations (EU) 2016/1052, 596/2014 and article 49 of Law 4548/2018, that in execution of the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the company held on 09.09.2022, the company bought 6,945 own shares on 01.10.2024 with an average purchase price of 1.585 euros and a total transaction value of 11,007.32 euros. The above shares were purchased through the member of the Athens Stock Exchange "N. Chryssochoidis Stock Brokerage I.S.S.A."
