MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on September 17,2024 it effected purchases of 3,500 Company shares of total value EUR 75,626.00 (average price per share: EUR 21.607).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,860,518 corresponding to 2.58% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 19.176 per share.

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated April 23^rd 2024, the Company proceeded on September 17^th 2024 with the purchase of 13,577 own shares at the average price of 10.94 euros per share and at a total value of 148,559.30 euros.

Today, September 17th, a serious fire broke out in the area of ​​the refining units of the southern refinery of the Motor Oil Refineries in Agioi Theodorou due to unknown up to now causes. The situation is in recession.

As a result of the fire, 3 employees of a cooperating contractor company have been slightly injured in the upper limbs and were taken to the Corinth Hospital and are receiving all the necessary care.

Since the start of the incident, we are in continuous cooperation with the authorities.
