MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on September 13,2024 it effected purchases of 10,100 Company shares of total value EUR 217,554.00 (average price per share: EUR 21.540).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,850,418 corresponding to 2.57% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 19.167 per share.

"Performance Technologies SA" (or "Company") informs the investing public that, in implementation of the 31/1/2024 decision of the 8th item of the Agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders, as specified by the 12/4/2024 decision of the Board of Directors, on Friday 13/9/2024 it purchased 2,500 own shares with an average purchase price of 6.67 euros per share, with a total value of 16,685.00 euros.

Following the recent purchases the Company now holds 31,683 own shares, corresponding to 0.23% of the Company's total shares.
