Seventh Interest Payment Period of the Common Bond Loan of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that according to the terms of the Common Bond Loan issued by the Company on 23.03.2021 (the “CBL”), the record date for the bond holders entitled to the amount of interest of the seventh coupon corresponding to the period from 26.03.2024 until 23.09.2024 is Friday September 20, 2024.

As of Thursday September 19, 2024 (ex-coupon date) the notes issued by the Company will trade on the Athens Exchange without the right for the collection of the amount of interest of the seventh coupon of the CBL.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on September 6,2024 it effected purchases of 1,900 Company shares of total value EUR 41,784.00 (average price per share: EUR 21.991).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,791,418 corresponding to 2.52% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 19.114 per share.
