Alpha Bank AGM: New era of growth, distribution of €122 million for payment dividend and share buyback

Performance Technologies S.A., in the context of valid information for the investing public, announces that as part of the implementation of the Company's own share distribution program, the free transfer of 43,000 own shares held by the Company to its CEO, Dionisios Chintzidis, took place on 23/7/2024 according to the 11/6/2024 decision of the Regular General Meeting and the 16/7/2024 decision of the Company's Board of Directors.
