Purchase of Own Shares

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated April 23^rd 2024, the Company proceeded on July 19^th 2024 with the purchase of 6,800 own shares at the average price of 11.09 euros per share and at a total value of 75,404.00 euros.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on July 19,2024 it effected purchases of 2,630 Company shares of total value EUR 59,928.80 (average price per share: EUR 22.787).
