MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on October 30,2024 it effected purchases of 18,400 Company shares of total value EUR 363,078.00 (average price per share: EUR 19.733).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 3,042,277 corresponding to 2.75% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 19.276 per share.

(“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated April 23^rd 2024, the Company proceeded on October 30^th 2024 with the purchase of 3,850 own shares at the average price of 10.97 euros per share and at a total value of 42,226.00 euros.
