(or "Company") is in advanced discussions to acquire a 5% stake in an Irish company developing specialized software for ​​strategic portfolio management and planning optimization, utilizing advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques. The total investment in the company's capital amounts to 500 thousand euros.
