Welcome of Cenergy Holdings S.A.

Athens Stock Exchange  welcomed during today's Commencement of the meeting, the company Cenergy Holdings  within the framework of negotiation of its shareholders, upon the completion of the cross-border merge by absorption, of the listed companies Corinth Pipeworks and Hellenic Cables.

The CEOs of Cenergy Holdings Mr Alexis Alexiou and Mr Apostolos Papavasileiou announced the commencement of the Athens Exchange meeting.

With the opportunity of the today event, the CEO of Athens Exchange Group Mr Sokratis Lazaridis, stated: "We have the honor and pleasure to welcome the company Cenergy Holding, which shares' negotiation commences today, at Athens Exchange and Brussels Euronext Exchange at the same time. Cenergy, although a new corporate shape, has essential and long tradition at the productive heavy industry of the country and at the exchange market as well, as it emerges from the cross-border merge and absorption of the listed companies Corinth Pipeworks and Hellenic Cables.

The new company, as its name illustrates, aims to exploit synergies by exploitating the excellent  placement of the two absorbed companies' products at the international market.

The enhancement of the company is very essential for the development of Greek economy production field, as its industrial facilities are in Greece. The choice of the new corporate shape with registered office in Brussels, to simultaneously list its shares to Euronext market of Belgium and to Athens Exchange market, is for us an honor and important verification for the Greek Securities Market.

Mr. Apostolos Papavasileiou co-CEO of Cenergy Holdings and CEO of Corinth Pipeworks stated:  "Todays' entrance of Cenergy Holdings' shares to Athens Exchange and Brussels Euronext, is the result of our efforts to merge the powers of Corinth Pipeworks and Hellenic Cables, in order to exploit further our accomplishments, financial strength and business extroversion. The ceremony of Commencement of Athens Exchange meeting was followed by the corporate presentation of Cenergy Holdings.
