Welcoming Intercontinental International REIC
Listing of shares on the Main Market

On the occasion of the listing of its 10,500,000 common registered shares for trading on the Main Market of Athens Stock Exchange, Athens Stock Exchange welcomed Intercontinental International REIC at the opening of the Exchange Session on Tuesday, 2 August 2016.

The company performed a Share Capital Increase (SCI) by payment of cash, and is the first company to be listed by way of Private Placement. National Securities SA was the Issuance Sponsor in the listing of the company's shares.

Next follows a brief presentation of the figures of the Private Placement: Number of shares before the SCI: 7,875,000, Offer of New Shares through Private Placement: 2,625,000, Total Shares at the time of the Listing: 10,500,000, Free Float: 25%, Offer Price: € 5.52, Raised funds: € 14,490,000.

Mr Panagiotis Aristidis Chalikias, President of Intercontinental International REIC, opened the session of Athens Stock Exchange. The opening of the session was followed by a presentation of the company by Mr Marios Apostolinas, CEO of the company.

On the occasion of the listing of the company's shares for trading, Athens Stock Exchange CEO, Mr Sokratis Lazaridis, said: "Today we welcome Intercontinental International REIC to Athens Stock Exchange and hope that it will make the best of our globalized market to further drive its growth and add to the options available to investors. It is the first listing in two years to take advantage of the new regulatory framework to achieve the required free float through a Private Placement trading system compatible with international practice. In a global and ever changing environment we welcome the efforts of Intercontinental International REIC and hope that it will pave the path for companies of different sizes to benefit from the main role of the exchange market, that is fund raising."

On the occasion of the event, the President of Intercontinental International REIC, Mr  Panagiotis Aristidis Chalikias, stated: "We did not expect that we would be the largest, but we certainly did plan on being the best. Today our company is listed on Athens Stock Exchange with the highest annual yield than any other real estate company in Greece."

National Securities CEO, Mr  Athanasios Chrysafidis, said in his short speech: "The listing of Intercontinental International REIC on the Athens Stock Exchange Main Market is proof that there are Greek companies with a bright future which enjoy the trust of investors despite the adverse economic conditions. In a joint effort, National Securities, the Company and the Authorities managed to make the listing of the Company's for trading come true, benefiting for the first time from the possibility offered under the Athens Exchange Rulebook to companies to perform a primary listing of their shares on Athens Stock Exchange through Private Placement, achieving, in this way, sufficient free float."
