The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, announces that the corporate actions below will be implemented:

Wednesday, October 12th, 2016

• Commencement of trading of the shares of "AS COMPANY S.A." (ISIN: GRS404003006) with par value of €0.65 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.03 per share, following the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Thursday, October 13th, 2016.

• Suspension of trading of the 14,173,104 common registered shares of "DIONIC S.A." (ISIN: GRS339003014), in order to be replaced by 1,417,311 new common registered shares, with par value of €3.00 per share, as a result of the shares' reverse split. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Thursday, October 13th, 2016. Commencement of trading of the new shares, with final value of €0.30 per share, following the decrease in share par value from € 3.00 to € 0.30, will be on Monday, October 17th, 2016.

• Commencement of trading of the 17,222,516 new common registered shares of "ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI S.A." (ISIN: GRS388163008) with a par value of €3.00 per share and €5.005075913414742 issue price per share, issued as part of the share capital increase, which took place with cancellation of old shareholders' pre-emption rights, by contribution of real estate assets exclusively by Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A.
