The Stock Markets Steering Committee of ATHEX, during  today's session, approved the listing of up to 40.000.000 common bearer bonds of «HOUSEMARKET S.A.» on the Bonds Category of the Regulated Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, on condition that the company's listing prospectus will be approved by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the bonds public offering will be successfully completed, according to the terms that will be specifically published by the issuer.
