The Stock Markets Steering Committee of ATHEX, during its session on July 14th, 2016, once having confirmed that all listing prerequisites are met, approved the listing of the total of 10,500,000 common registered shares of "INTERCONTINTAL INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY" on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, on condition that the company's prospectus will be approved by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission. The commencement of trading of the company's shares will be disclosed through a new announcement.

Additionally, the Stock Markets Steering Committee approved the admission to trading on the Bonds Category of the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange of the 400 common registered bonds of "MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A." (ISIN: GRC422116743), of par value & issue price €10,000 per bond, 4 years duration, of fixed annual interest rate of 5.30%, following the issue of a Common Corporate Bond Loan, offered through a Private Placement. The listing price is the bond par value, €10,000, and commencement of trading is on Tuesday, July 19th, 2016.

Finally, the Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, announces that the corporate actions below will be implemented:

Monday, July 18th, 2016

  • Commencement of trading of the existing shares of "LOULIS MILLS S.A." (ISIN: GRS117123000) with final par value of €0.94 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.06 per share, as part of the equal increase and decrease in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, July 19th, 2016.

  • Suspension of trading of the 26,252,040 common registered shares of "AS COMPANY S.A." (ISIN: GRS404253007), in order to be replaced by 13,126,020 new common registered shares, with par value of €0.68 per share, as a result of the shares' reverse split. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Wednesday, July 20th, 2016. Commencement of trading of the new shares, with final par value of €0.68 per share, is on Friday, July 22nd, 2016.
  • Alteration in the name of the company "METAL CONSTRUCTION OF GREECE (METKA) S.A." to "METKA INDUSTRIAL - CONSTRUCTION S.A." (ISIN: GRS091103002).
  • Alteration in the name of the company "HELLENIC CABLES S.A." to "HELLENIC CABLES HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN: GRS221103005).

Wednesday, July 20th, 2016

  • Decrease in the share capital of "QUEST HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN: GRS310003009), as a result of the cancellation of 40,912 own common registered shares, and increase in the par value of the shares of the same company from €0.30 to €3.66 per share.
  • Decrease in the share capital of "ELASTRON S.A." (ISIN: GRS088003017), as a result of the cancellation of 13,484 own common registered shares.
  • Decrease in the share capital of "ALPHA TRUST MUTUAL FUND AND ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT S.A." (ISIN: GRS504003013), as a result of the cancellation of 16,748 own common registered shares.
