Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges

The Stock Markets Steering Committee of ATHEX, during its session on July 25th, 2016 decided:
- The adoption of a new resolution (resolution 34/ 25-7-2016) expanding the ambit of Electronic Book Building service to the Regulated Market. The resolution determines the terms and conditions upon which ATHEX provides the service of Electronic Book Building, which is a mechanism for capital raising, distribution of securities, determination of securities issue price and allocation of securities to the final beneficiaries. The Resolution 34 is available on the ATHEX website.
- The amendment of the Alternative Market Operating Rules (par. 1, a. 15 "Regular reporting obligations of the Company"), regarding the time limits for the publication of the annual and interim financial statements to ATHEX, and the harmonization with the relevant framework applicable to the Regulated Market. Specifically, the annual financial statements shall be submitted within four (4) months from the end of the fiscal year, instead of three (3) months currently in force, and the interim financial statements within three (3) months from the end of the reporting period, instead of two (2) months currently in force.
Finally, the Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved, the acquisition of a market making license for the ATHEX Member "MIDAS Brokerage S.A.", for market making on the shares of the listed company "JUMBO S.A." and set of the start date of market making obligations on the aforementioned shares for Wednesday, July 27th 2016.
