The Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, during today's meeting, approved the Information Document of the company "EUROCONSULTANTS S.A." for the public offering of new registered shares, with preemption rights in favor of existing shareholders. The Information Document is available on the website of ATHEX (www.athexgroup.gr).

In addition, the Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, announces that on Monday, May 30th, 2016 will commence the ex-rights trading for the share capital increase, through a rights issue of "EUROCONSULTANTS S.A." (ISIN: GRS439003005), realized in favor of existing shareholders of the company, in terms of 1 new common registered share for every 12 old common registered shares, at an issue price of € 1.10 per share. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, May 31th, 2016. The rights' subscription period will be between Thursday, June 2nd, 2016 and Thursday, June 16th, 2016 (included), while trading of 7,959,900 rights on the electronic trading system (OASIS) of ATHEX will take place between Thursday, June 2nd, 2016 and Monday, June 13th, 2016 (included).

Finally, the Stock Markets Steering Committee, in today's session, approved the delisting of the shares of  the following companies, which have been under suspension of trading for a period longer than six months (article 2.6.12 of the ATHEX Rulebook), as of Friday, June 10th, 2016,

• "SHELMAN SWISSHELLENIC WOOD PROD. MANUF. S.A." (GRS132003005), and "PETZETAKIS  S.A." (GRS066003005), which have been declared bankrupt, and

• "KOYMBAS SYNERGY GROUP" (GRS257323006), which is in the process of dissolution and liquidation.
