Following today's session,

• approved the amendment of Resolutions 2, 22 and 24 of ATHEX regarding the Cash Market Trading Model, in the following issues:
  • Changes of Market Making Model in Cash Market
  • Changes in Closing Algorithm
  • Changes at the Price Fluctuation and Volatility Interrupters Limits

Detailed description of the aforementioned changes will be published at the ATHEX site on Friday, January 20, 2017.

• approved the insertion of stock lending product for the stock of the company "ATTICA BANK S.A (TATT)" from January 20, 2017  

• announces the commencement, on Monday, January 23rd, 2017 of trading of 25,802,413 new common registered shares of "TRASTOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY" (ISIN: GRS487003006), resulting from the share capital increase realized in favor of the old shareholders of the company.

• was informed of the cancellation of 8,922,944,533 shares of "BANK OF CYPRUS PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED" (ISIN: CY0104810110), due to the decrease of its total share capital, pursuant to the relevant bank's decisions. As a consequence of the aforementioned cancellation of all of its shares listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, the shares of the bank will be removed from the ATHEX trading systems as of Friday, January 20th, 2017.
