The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved:

  • The listing on the Bonds Category of the Regulated Market of the Athens Stock Exchange of 233,748,933 registered bonds of "FORTHNET S.A. " (ISIN: GRC406116AF5), of par value & issue price €0.30 per bond, 9 years duration, of fixed annual interest rate of 1.00%, following the issue of a Convertible Bond Loan. The listing price is the bond par value, €0.30, and commencement of trading is on Friday, October 21st, 2016.
  • The resignation of the market making license for the ATHEX member "HELLENIC - AMERICAN Securities S.A" for market making on the shares of the listed company "FOURLIS S.A.". The last date of market making obligations will be Friday, November 11th 2016.
  • The resignation of the market making license for the ATHEX member "BETA SECURITIES S.A." for market making on the Index Future product on FTSE/ATHEX25. The last date of market making obligations will be Friday, November 4th 2016.
  • The acquisition of a market making license for the ATHEX Member "EUROBANK EQUITIES S.A.", for market making on the shares of the listed company "GR. SARANTIS S.A." and set of the start date of market making obligations on the aforementioned shares for Monday, October 24th 2016.
