The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:

Tuesday, February 7th, 2017

• Suspension of trading of the 15,627,315 common registered shares of "UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN: GRS084003003), with par value of €0.30 per share, as part of the shares' reverse split into 3,125,463 new common registered shares, with par value of €1.50 per share. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Wednesday, February 8th, 2017. Following the subsequent decrease in share par value from €1.50 to €0.30, commencement of trading of the 3,125,463 new shares, with final par value of €0.30 per share, is on Friday, February 10th, 2017.

Friday, March 24th, 2017

• Commencement of trading of the shares of "TERNA ENERGY S.A." (ISIN: GRS496003005) with final par value of €0.30 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.05 per share, following the equal increase and decrease in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Monday, March 27th, 2017.
