The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, announces that the corporate actions below will be implemented:

Thursday, December 22nd, 2016

• Εx-rights trading for the share capital increase through a rights issue of "TRASTOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY" (ISIN: GRS487003006), realized in favor of old shareholders of the company, in terms of 9 new common registered shares for every 16 old common registered shares, at an issue price of €0.78 per share. As of the same date, the company's shares will be traded with the new par value of €0.50 per share, as a result of the share capital decrease which preceded the aforementioned shares' issue. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Friday, December 23rd, 2016. The rights' subscription period will take place between Wednesday, December 28th, 2016 and Wednesday, January 11th, 2017 (included), while trading of 54,888,240 rights on the electronic trading system (OASIS) of ATHEX will take place between Wednesday, December 28th, 2016 and Thursday, January 5th, 2017 (included).

Tuesday, December 27th, 2016

• Commencement of trading of the 41,261,980 new common registered shares of "SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A." (ISIN: GRS201003019) with a par value of €0.30 per share and an issue price of €0.808401666 per share, issued as part of the share capital increase by contribution of assets and part of the liabilities of "DIAS AQUACULTURE S.A."
