The shares of the company "ATTICA BANK S.A." (GRS001003037) are traded on the ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 49.5265161872259 new (CR) shares for every 1 old (CR) share held - with issue of 1,200,000,000 new CR shares - at an issue price of €0.20 per share. The rights' trading period is set from November 25, 2021, to December 3, 2021 (included). The rights' subscription period is set from November 25, 2021, to December 8, 2021 (included). It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, as in effect, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on  November 22, 2021, are set as follows: +30% the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (19/11/2021): €3.9500 and -30% at the adjusted start share price: €0.2740.

Following the share capital decrease of the company "NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A." (GRS003003035), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €1.00 (from €3.00) per share.

FORCED SALES
