In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 17/967/11.10.2022 and following the approval of the request of the company "IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A." for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company "BYTE COMPUTERS S.A." (GRS368313003) on ATHEX is ceased.

FORCED SALES

During the time period 26/10/2022 - 25/11/2022, 25,000 shares of the company "NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A." (ISIN: GRS003003035) will be auctioned, during the period of Method 3. The forced sale will be implemented by the ATHEX Trading Member ST. EM. LAVRENTAKIS SECURITIES S.A.
